After taking 2 sachets of rain soul

Bleeding was very bad one hr 1 sanitary pad. 3am took 2 tranixamic acid.
 Bleeding reduced to 3am-6am 2 sanitary pads. Now 6am-10am still same sanitary pad.
Feeling chill. Think I must be anaemic. Tired.
Not sure whether to call clients.
11am changed sanitary pad
1120am BP 101/59, 103/63 heart beat 82. Looks like SOUL does help with BP. Was always 90+/50+

1pm lunch
120pm changed sanitary pad
2pm 2 Tranexamic acid
5pm changed sanitary pad
6pm dinner
8pm changed sanitary pad
1130pm changed sanitary pad
1130pm took 2 caps of Tranexamic acid
